I am so glad we turned this task over to DJ. We had spent months looking around trying to find just the right space that would work for our special needs. It was hard for others whom we talked with to understand what we wanted and to keep within our price range. DJ not only understood our needs, but he also knew this space would fit our needs exactly as soon as he was given notice the tenant was moving. This place would have been grabbed up by some other company, and we would have been left looking for months again. When we get ready to expand, DJ will be our man.

Having DJ Bean of Cutler Commercial work to find our office space was one of the smartest things I've done in expanding my business. I had orginally been looking on my own and had actually found a location that would have worked. Unfortunately, my plan had changed and I was going to have to come up with nearly one hundred thousand dollars to make the space work.
