has held true over the years he has practiced commercial real estate
tenant and buyer representation in the Valley with both regional
and national clients.
Working with Cutler Commercial, DJ helps garner new
business by bringing over 20 years of Valley market knowledge and
negotiation talents to the table. His success and relationships
with key players in the commercial real estate market are a testament
to his motto.
DJ successfully completes over 75 lease and sale transactions
each year. In addition to working with clients to find space in
existing properties and new developments that fit their present
requirements, DJ anticipates expected room for growth while negotiating
lease and purchase contracts. Prior success with lease negotiation
spurred DJ's interest in this area of specialty. As site acquisition/lease
negotiator for Ultra Dry Cleaners, DJ successfully opened six new
stores with better than national industry average lease rates.
Before he found his calling in commercial real estate,
DJ owned a graphic design firm, where he personally negotiated his
first three lease agreements. "It was then that I realized my talent
for negotiation, and I began to nurture my interest in commercial
real estate."
